How do you get there?
1. You will receive a proposal detailing your monthly commitment (service and hardware/software packaged on a lease over 36 months);
2. The proposal outlines all the inclusions in the standard package, and additional items that you might need over the 36 month period;
3. After you approve the proposal, we will get the ball rolling;
4. A data migration plan is developed;
5. Cabling is organised;
6. We configure all the devices centrally, for shipment to your network;
7. Your new network will include:
* automatic updates of anti-virus,
* Windows Critical-upgrades,
* roaming profiles (you can sit on any desk!),
* automatic backup to tape and to the network,
* automatic archival of data
* remote secure access8. All items are configured according to standards developed by 3rdmill over the years;
9. You can connect the devices yourself, as all PC’s are identical and all the smarts are controlled on the server – it should take 1 hour for you to connect the server and networking equipment, and approximately 20 minutes per PC;Alternatively, we will get one of our technical staff (or one of our partner organisations) to go on-site.
10. 3rdmill will remotely attach to your network to verify all the equipment, and initiate the data migration – at this point, your old network will be deactivated;
11. After completing the data migration, the new network is available for you to test (testing plan is provided as part of the data migration plan);
12. A housekeeping and security checking regime is established, for regular upkeep of your network;
13. Our remote support regime will ensure continuous smooth operation
14.Your monthly fee includes all the hardware, software and services required to maintain your network
15.After 3 years, you can carry on with support services only or carry out a complete refurbishment to update the hardware and the software (recommended).
