Andrew North, formerly Chief Operating Officer at ICF (Australia) joined the 3rdmill senior management team as Business Development Manager.
Andrew brings in technology and accounting expertise, in addition to general management and financial services experience, and will be responsible for the development of new markets and initiatives.
